Some students on The Staff Supply Company Ltd (The Company) program have told us that they have had money they paid as a deposit for a United Kingdom Work Permit stolen from them in Indonesia, by Martin Welten and Doddy Trisman Delmi.

After a thorough investigation by the Insurers for the Company, they have decided that students who feel they have a claim should be given a ninety (90) day period in which to prove their claim.

If you think that that you are due a refund, you must send the following evidence FROM YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS to depositrefundrequest@thestaffsupplycompany.com :

  1. Copy of the photo page of your passport to prove your name.
  2. Your bank name and address (THE ACCOUNT MUST BE IN YOUR NAME)
  3. Your account number and swift code
  4. Scan and attach your kwitansi or receipt to prove that you made a payment and to whom you paid and for how much the payment was for
Any claims without all the items number 1 – 4 will not be considered

a). If you paid money and a work permit was issued by the UK Government you will not get a refund

b). If you paid money and your visa was refused by the UK Government, you will not get a refund

c). If you paid money and changed your mind about coming to the UK after the process had commenced you will not get a refund

The evidence you produce will be studied and compared with Company records.

You will be notified by email whether your claim has been successful or not.

If your claim has NOT been successful the Company will send you evidence of why.

If your claim is successful, a refund will be made to your bank account and you will be notified by email when this will take place.

YOU HAVE UNTIL 28TH APRIL 2010 TO CLAIM. ANY CLAIMS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

All claims must be made by email to give students who are travelling abroad the chance to claim and the chance to claim has been advertised on the internet and in Indonesian Newspapers
